Warp is a time traveling villain from the future obsessed with stealing and taking credit for his work. His debut episode in the cartoon series is in How Long Is Forever? When he tries to get his hands on a priceless clock claiming that he must be the one who steals it because 'It is foretold in history'. The Titans fight with him and he tries to escape but Starfire gets the better of him and find himself without a part of his time traveling suit and in the wrong time. He eventually finds Starfire and fights Starfire, Nightwing, Animal Man, a run-down version of Cyborg and a powerful(and yet maybe insane?) Raven. He eventually gets caught and Starfire goes back to the past with him but without his time traveling suit he turns into a baby.
He then returns with all the villains in 'Titans Together' when he fights all the titans in the final battle. He is possibly a relative of Robin or a clone. He is possibly Robin from an alternative future timeline.
