Okay, I'm going out on a limb here, what do you think? Robin and Raven or Robin and Starfire?
Ok so Robin clearly has feelings for Starfire, many episodes emphasize this, for example Stranded and Betrothed though through some episodes Robin does not seem to care about Starfire, but enough about that, Robin seems to absolutely hate it when boys flirt with her and loves to spend time with her.
Robin also seems to care for Raven, for example The Beast Within, but besides this Robin does show clear feelings for Starfire. Robin does seem to, once again, really care for Raven, sometimes through my eyes he likes her a little more than in the friendship zone.
