Tom Kenny is a voice actor who did Mumbo and Fixit. He voiced The Mayor and the narrator of The Powerpuff Girls; voiced "Rabbit" in Winnie The Pooh; also voices Spongebob Squarepants, Gary the Snail, Patchy the Pirate and the French narrator in Spongebob Squarepants. He curently voices the Ice King in Adventure Time.
