The Mayor of Tokyo is a minor character who made his first and only appearence in the Teen Titans series finale movie Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo.

Physical Appearance

Like Uehara Daizo The Mayor Of Tokyo has a broad smile multiple wrinkles and black hair. Unlike Uehara he has glasses and a mustache. He has a shade of pale skin and a light blue over coat. Underneath the over coat he has a middle blue tie and a dark blue shirt.
