He makes his first appearance when he arrives at the Tokyo Troopers Headquarters where he presents Commander Daizo with a Medal to reward him for all the good he has done to Tokyo. He later appears on the giant screen telling everyone about Robin's arrest and also says that the remaining Teen Titans must either turn themselves in or leave Tokyo at once. He is then seen at the end of the film where he presents the Teen Titans with medals of honor as thanks for saving Tokyo and for uncovering the truth, he also declares the Teen Titans as Tokyo's newest heroes.

The Mayor of Tokyo is a minor character who made his first and only appearance in the Teen Titans series finale movie Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo.

Physical Appearance

Like Uehara Daizo, the Mayor Of Tokyo has a broad smile multiple wrinkles and black hair. Unlike Uehara, he has glasses and a mustache. He has a shade of pale skin and a light blue over coat. Underneath the over coat, he has a middle blue tie and a dark blue shirt.

Character History

He makes his first appearance when he arrives at the Tokyo Troopers Headquarters where he presents Commander Daizo with a Medal to reward him for all the good he has done to Tokyo.
