The Teen Tyrants are evil manifestations of the Teen Titans. They live in a parallel universe to Jump City, where the Brotherhood of Evil becomes the Brotherhood of Justice.
While the Teen Titans dress in...more cheerful colors, the Teen Tyrants mainly wear blood red and have many gothic attributes. Also, while Robin is with Starfire, Robin's evil person is paired up with Red Raven. Starfire has been changed to Blackfire.(we can only guess who Blackfire becomes in this weird world) The Teen Titans are nice, while the Teen Tyrants are rude and have no respect for the law. And they aren't just petty criminals like The Hive Five.
The Teen Tyrants made their appearance in an issue of Teen Titans Go!, when Raven's attempt to send Kilowatt back to the future goes horribly wrong. He is sent to the Teen Tyrant's world, were they capture and torture him, believing he is part of the Brotherhood of Justice. Eventually Raven realizes her mistake and the Titans go into the a world to rescue Kilowatt. Unfortunately, their evil counterparts have them more than matched. It looks like it's all over for the Titans when-wouldn't you know it- the Brotherhood of Justice shows up and saves the day. Raven is able to get everyone back safely, and this time sends Kilowatt back to the right time.
