Rock, Paper, Scissors are a group of teen villains from the H.I.V.E. Academy that were sent to capture Wildebeest. They never appeared in the Teen Titans animated series, instead debuting in Teen Titans Go!

Powers and Abilities

Rock, Paper, Scissors all have very unique powers. Rock has superhuman strength and endurance, and has the ability to turn into a rock. Paper has the ability to stretch her limbs, much like Madame Rouge. Scissors has extremely sharp claws capable of slicing through metal and hard objects.
