Punk Rocket, a musical anarchist who came from England to the U.S. to spread what he called 'the Sounds of Chaos'. Punk Rocket was first seen interrupting a concert with his Sonic blasting guitar to destroy the place, but defeated by Beast Boy, who got him to increase the Volume to loud and blowing up his guitar. He later joined the Brotherhood of Evil, and goes with Angel to capture Bumblebee, but failed. Mas knocked him into a portal created by Hearld.
Punk Rocket's first episode was 12 minutes and could only be seen on Postopia for a campain and was never shown on T.V.
