Does the DCAU take place in the same universe as Teen Titans?
No other shows are not confirmed to be in the same universe as Teen Titans. Teen Titans is currently not counted among the DCAU, and does not take place in the same universe as the Teen Titans Go cartoon, which treats itself as an alternate universe created by Control Freak. The 2003 Teen Titans cartoon had no canon crossovers with other shows, so nothing outside of the show or spin off comics can be confirmed as canon.
Is Teen Titans GO! apart of the 03-06 series?
No it is a spin-off/parody of the show.
