In the Teen Titans animated series, a character known as Brother Blood or "The Headmaster" made fully robotic clones of Cyborg. They are a more yellow-themed version of their part-organic counterparts to fit in the the H.I.V.E and are used to destroy the Teen Titans while Brother Blood experiments on the Titans East and Cyborg.
These robotic simulants are revealed to be called "Cyclone" on the Teen Titans Video Game, wherein they are unlockable, playable characters.
