Psychics are sentient beings in Teen Titans with special, superhuman mental abilities (either inherent, technology-based or enhanced, or mutation-related) enabling them to perform a variety of amazing feats, such as telepathy, mind-controlling, telekinesis, hypnosis, teleportation and levitation.
